We are currently looking for employees for our office in Aiud and experienced drivers in the community for our fleet of 3.5 ton trucks..

The ideal candidate:

    • Planning, organizational, negotiation and communication skills both within the company and with clients;
    • Experience in a similar logistics related role is a plus;
    • Extended Program Availability;
    • Initiative and problem solving orientation;
    • Intermediate English language skills (written and spoken) required;
    • French, Italian, Spanish, German are a plus;
    • Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines;
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills;

Job Description:

    • Adherence to work procedures and instructions;
    • Input and be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all race/document related data entered into the system;
    • Responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the warehouse management system and for the accuracy of all transactions performed in the warehouse management system involving inventory movements/changes/blocks, item settings and/or storage locations;
    • Timely reporting of irregularities, ambiguities and errors that occur in transactions to the office manager and/or transportation management;
    • Prepares, distributes and is responsible for the accuracy of reports in accordance with requirements and agreed upon procedures and company policies;

    • Maintains records of documents entered;
    • Safeguards the interests of the company, does not perform activities detrimental to the company;
    • Other duties as assigned hierarchically;
    • Registering courses taken/to be taken in the computer system;
    • Ensuring the flow of information to and from drivers;
    • Adhering to the objectives related to performance and quality of services;
    • Planning, organizing and coordinating daily transportation activities by taking over and following up on the execution of national and international transportation orders for the assigned fleet;
    • Confidentiality, loyalty, team spirit, stress resistance.

The ideal candidate:

    • At least 6 months of driving experience in the community;
    • Advanced knowledge of GPS;
    • Willingness to stay in the community for at least 4-6 weeks, then a week break at home;
    • Speaking English (intermediate level), other internationally spoken languages are a plus;
    • Knowledge of completing documents required for intra-community freight (CMR, route sheets, etc.);;
    • Compliance with reasonable delivery and loading times;
    • Reporting all details of delivery and pickup of packages to the dispatcher in compliance with company regulations;
    • Adherence to work procedures and in-house training;
    • Resilience at the wheel;
    • Respectability;
    • Punctuality.
